Pecos Construction Volunteered to construct a secured fenced enclosure to house an at risk panther that was in transit to the facility. Pecos constructed the concrete foundation for the enclosure, insuring that the project was built to strict tolerances for drainage. Flumes were monolithically poured into the pads to ensure water was shed away from the cat’s living and eating areas.
