$21M – New construction of Central Utility Plant. Plant was constructed adjacent to the existing plant which had to be operating 24/7 during the renovation. The new plant has (6)-1,000 ton chillers capable of producing over 14,000 gpm of chilled water and (4)-2.5 megawatt generators.
