Mitzi Green has been with Pecos since 2016 and has held the positions of Business Development Manager; Manager, Pre-Construction; and now performs duties as the Director of Corporate Operations and Strategy. In her current role, Mitzi is responsible for Accounting, Human Resources, Subcontract Administration, IT, and Corporate Operations.
Mitzi started her career with Southwest Airlines and during her 22-year tenure she held multiple positions including audit for Provisioning, marketing and communications for Public Relations, audit and accounting for Facilities, project management for Facilities, and building management for Corporate Facilities. She ultimately found her niche in construction as the Headquarters-Corporate Campus Manager utilizing her background to oversee the multiple campus’ within Dallas Love Field to include facility construction projects and ongoing maintenance operations. Her most recent position prior to Pecos, was with Cushman and Wakefield as a Facility Manager on the Citi Bank account. Mitzi’s corporate background provides Pecos with unique project insight from an Owners perspective.
