Pecos Construction was hired as the turnkey concrete contractor to build a 3 level, cast-in-place concrete parking garage. The garage is a slab on grade with cast in place columns and decks. The deck is post tensioned and is tied into pre-cast walls that are installed around the perimeter of the garage. Close coordination was required with the prime contractor so that plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, and elevators could be installed in a seamless manner. The performance on this garage led to the award of Garage #2 which started immediately after the first garage was completed.
