Pecos Construction was the General Contractor for this project which consisted of a new metal building with provisioning warehouse space and offices and an extensive secure paved parking area. The project included earthwork, underground utilities, paving and building foundations, DOA security to include a site camera system, and a full perimeter SIDA fence and gate system.
The warehouse included mechanical dock levelers with electronic overhead doors, galvanized metal railing on all warehouse walls, and a sealed concrete floor finish. The office area included a breakroom kitchenette with level four finishes.
