Project Detail
Renovation of the main lobby men’s and women’s restrooms as well as the youth services family restroom. Scope included demolition, drywall, paint, floor and wall tile, millwork, doors, specialties partitions and accessories, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
Project was completed while owner occupied. Attention to detail for a safe, clean work environment included alternate construction access, containment curtains, safety signage and dust collectors during the project.
