Pecos Construction was the turn-key concrete contractor on this ten story, 50,000sf addition to the existing Joule Hotel on Main Street in downtown Dallas. The cast in place concrete frame addition was performed with very little room for construction activities on an expedited schedule. Pecos Construction completed one level of new construction every 7 days in addition to the construction of a swimming pool structure on the 10th floor that cantilevers out from the face of the building 10′ over Main Street below.
