Pecos Construction excelled in leadership and organization of the project from pre-construction through the testing and acceptance phase. Pecos fostered a team-oriented environment that brought the owner, design team, and subcontractors together in a focus to deliver a successful project. It was a pleasure to be part of the team.

Pecos was also extremely diligent in keeping the work zone and surrounding areas clean, safe and free of potential hazard. While they went over and above what OSHA would have imposed in keeping the construction areas safe, the application of OSHA standards and practices were evident throughout the construction project. Originally slated as a three-year project, Pecos was able to complete the project in two years and considerably under budget. This, in and of itself, was big and had positive implications. Although we greatly benefited by completing the project one year earlier than planned, the final ribbon cutting meant that we say goodbye to great people. If in the future I have an opportunity to work with Pecos Construction again, I would embrace that prospect! We thank the employees of Pecos Construction and their affiliated subcontractors and wish them much success in the future.

The unusual construction techniques involved with this project is a perfect example of Pecos Construction's willingness to perform and deliver a quality product to their customer. This project and Pecos Construction certainly deserve recognition on a National level for a job well done.

Their quality of work has been superior, on site supervision was excellent, the schedule has always been met or surpassed, and the pricing on change orders has been consistently fair. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services and would happily use them again on any upcoming projects.
