$9.1M – Demolition and replacement of 5 cooling towers and associated condenser water piping for 2 owner occupied buildings totaling approximately two million sq. ft. A temporary utility yard with (10) 450 ton trailer mounted air cooled chillers was created to provide cooled air to the buildings during the construction phase. In addition, the location of the cooling towers was directly above the existing, live Central Utility Plant which had to operate during the entire project.
